These Terms apply to the Narrow Arrow game, website, accounts, and related online services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If the law where you live requires permission from a parent or legal guardian, you must have that permission. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 must not create or use an account.
Community Level publishing is available only to players who are at least 16 years old. Before your first Community Level submission, the game asks you to confirm that you meet this age requirement and accept these Terms.
The game creates a guest account when you first play. You can protect and recover it by adding an email address, using Google sign-in, or using Sign in with Apple where those options are available. Email sign-in uses a six-digit code sent to the account's email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email or sign-in provider secure and for activity performed through your account.
Accounts and usernames are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, buy, trade, share, or reserve accounts or usernames. Usernames remain part of the Services, not your property. We may rename or reclaim a username when it impersonates someone, is offensive or misleading, was reserved in bulk, or is held by an inactive account in a way that prevents fair use of the name.
Players can create levels using in-game tools. Eligible players can submit those levels for Community publication. You keep your rights in content you create. By publishing it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, render, moderate, distribute, and display it as needed to operate and improve the Services. You confirm that you have the rights needed to publish the content and grant this license.
After you submit a Community Level for publication, its name and a rendered preview may be automatically screened by OpenAI for safety. Screening normally happens before the Level becomes publicly visible, but publication may proceed if automated screening is unavailable. If screening flags a Level for human review, the Level may remain private or be removed while it is reviewed. Its name, preview, creator name, and moderation evidence may be sent to a private Discord queue restricted to authorized moderators. We may reject, restrict, unpublish, or remove content that violates these Terms or creates a safety, legal, or service-integrity risk.
Published levels and public profile information can be seen by other players. You can report a public player profile or Community Level through the in-game reporting tools. You can also block another player. Blocking hides that player's Levels from Community browsing and replaces their profile and directly opened shared Levels with an option to unblock them. Curated modes and collections may remain playable after a block. You can also report content or conduct by emailing esh.game.studio@gmail.com.

We may remove content, invalidate runs or rewards, restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or protect players and the Services. You may appeal an enforcement decision by email.
The Services may offer virtual currency, cosmetic items, and access to a season reward track. Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside the Services, and do not give you ownership of any game asset or account. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under the terms of the relevant store. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Refunds are handled under applicable law and the store's rules. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
The mobile game may offer optional rewarded advertising. It also depends on third-party services for sign-in, purchases, email delivery, diagnostics, notifications, fraud prevention, content moderation, and hosting. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. The Privacy Policy below explains how they are used in Narrow Arrow.
Online features may be unavailable during maintenance or because of events outside our reasonable control. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and balance virtual rewards as the game develops. We will not take away non-excludable statutory rights, and material changes will be handled as required by applicable law and platform rules.
Except for player-created content and third-party material, Narrow Arrow's software, artwork, audio, designs, names, and other content belong to the operator or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may stream or publish videos of ordinary gameplay, provided that doing so does not violate these Terms or another person's rights.
The Services are provided with the level of care required by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for losses caused by misuse of the Services, third-party platforms, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or a consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections and courts available to you under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. We will update the date above and give additional notice when a material change requires it. Continued use after an update takes effect means that the updated Terms apply, except where the law requires a different form of acceptance.

Where European data-protection law applies, these activities rely on the performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Services, your consent where required for advertising technologies, and compliance with legal obligations. You can withdraw consent through the available privacy controls, but that does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal or processing based on another lawful ground.
Your username, optional bio, published levels, public gameplay statistics, leaderboard positions, records, and selected profile cosmetics can be visible to anyone using the Services. Do not put private information in a username, bio, or level.
We disclose only the data needed for the following services:
We select providers under contractual and technical safeguards intended to protect personal data consistently with this Policy and applicable law. Providers may use the disclosed data only as permitted by their role, their terms with us, and applicable law.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
Some providers operate outside the Czech Republic or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism. Provider policies linked above contain more information about their locations and safeguards.
We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active and for as long as needed for the purposes described above. Credentials, verification codes, and recovery capabilities expire under shorter security time limits. Pending in-game reports are retained until they are resolved. Reports marked as actioned or dismissed are deleted after 12 months. A block preference is retained until you unblock the player or either participating account is deleted. Other security, transaction, and accounting records may be retained where reasonably needed to prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Providers may retain their own records under their policies.
You can delete an account with an email address through the in-app Delete Account flow and the confirmation link sent to that address. If you cannot use that flow, contact us. Deletion removes the account, its private state, its runs, and linked first-party analytics. Purchase-recovery records that must remain are stripped of the account and transaction identifiers held by Narrow Arrow.
Published levels remain available after account deletion so other players keep the runs and records they set on them. The author link and displayed username are removed, leaving anonymous level content. This cannot be reversed after deletion. To request removal of a particular published level as well, contact us before or after deleting the account.
Where the Google consent platform requires it, the game asks for a privacy choice before the advertising SDK starts and provides a Privacy Options entry in Settings so you can revisit that choice. You can also control notifications and certain device identifiers through operating-system settings. The game requests non-personalized ads regardless of that choice.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Email us to exercise a right. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic, this is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit them to create accounts. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal data, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required. Community Level publishing is not available to players under 16.
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data, including encrypted connections, protected credentials, scoped access, short-lived sign-in codes, device-bound security for supported clients, and abuse controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe an account or the Services have been compromised.
