Eligibility: To use "Narrow Arrow," you must be at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.
Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and selecting a unique username. Your email address will remain private, while your username will be publicly visible on leaderboards and alongside any content you create.
Level Creation: Users can design and publish levels using in-game tools. While you cannot upload external images, you can arrange in-game elements to craft unique designs.
Content Guidelines: We do not pre-screen user-generated levels. However, we reserve the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms. If you encounter such content, please report it to esh.game.studio@gmail.com.
Intellectual Property: By creating and publishing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display your content within our Services.
Prohibited Actions: Users must not engage in cheating, exploiting, or any behavior that undermines the integrity of the game.
Enforcement: We reserve the right to delete illegitimate runs or ban accounts violating these Terms. Banned users may appeal by contacting esh.game.studio@gmail.com.
Availability: "Narrow Arrow" offers optional in-app purchases, including virtual currency and cosmetic items, accessible through Google Play and Apple App Store platforms.
Payment Processing: All transactions are processed securely via Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchase systems. We do not store or process your payment information directly.
Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or platform policies. For refund requests, please refer to the respective platform's support channels.
Data Collection: We collect the following information:
Data Usage: Collected data enhances user experience, maintains game functionality, supports community features like leaderboards, and facilitates personalized advertising through third-party services.
Data Sharing: We use Google Cloud for hosting and share email addresses with MailJet for automated email verification. Additionally, advertising partner Google AdMob may collect and process limited data as described above. No other third-party data sharing occurs.
User Consent: Since we only use non-personalized advertisements, we do not require explicit consent for advertising purposes. Users are informed of our data practices through this privacy policy. However, users can still manage their advertising preferences through their device settings.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Our mobile applications may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to support advertising services, analyze usage patterns, and improve user experience. Users can manage advertising preferences through their device settings or the provided consent mechanism.

All game assets, designs, and content are the intellectual property of "Narrow Arrow." Users are permitted to stream and create content featuring our game, provided it complies with these Terms.
"Narrow Arrow" is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Czech courts.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email or within the game. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
