Terms of Use
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms apply when you play Pixel Sink, a game by Adam Šlajer ("we"). By playing, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not play.
Playing the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and play the game for your own entertainment. Please do not copy, sell, modify or reverse-engineer it, cheat, interfere with our service, or use the game in any unlawful way.
Free, with ads
The game is free and paid for by ads. Some ads appear between games. Rewarded ads are optional: you get the reward shown when you watch the ad to the end, as long as one is available. Ads come from Google and other advertisers; we do not control and are not responsible for the products or websites they advertise.
Your progress
Your progress and settings are saved only on your device. Uninstalling the game, clearing its data or changing phones may lose them, and we cannot restore them. Scores and rewards have no money value.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data the game collects and the choices you have.
Ownership
The game, including its code, graphics and sounds, belongs to us or to our licensors. Fonts and other third-party materials are used under their own licenses.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running well, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors, always available, or offered forever. We may change, update or stop the game at any time.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms; if you do not agree, stop playing and uninstall the game.
